- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags attached.
- Items that are not worn, washed, stained, or altered in any way will not be accepted for exchange, return, or refunds.
- At idée, we ensure in taking care of quality and may need to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet our requirements, subject to the item being used, washed, altered, or missing a tag.
